Our technology is suitable for orders of 50 units or more; the more mugs you order, the lower the unit price becomes. This is because the fixed costs for graphic production preparation are distributed across the total number of mugs.

The standard production time for our mugs is 4 weeks. However, if a deadline is extremely urgent, we are usually able to produce them sooner. The minimum time required for our production process is 2 weeks.

The price for each order is calculated individually. It depends on the quantity requested, the choice of mug size and color, the size and placement of the decals, and the number of colors used in the decals. Prices for our decorated mugs start at approximately 80 CZK per piece (excl. VAT).

In our production process, we decorate items using high-temperature-fired decals. The decals are first screen-printed onto special sheets. They are then cut out, applied by hand to the mug, and fired at temperatures exceeding 800 degrees Celsius. This ensures that the decal fuses into the enamel layer, making it impossible to remove from the mug. This represents the highest-quality method available for decorating enamel mugs.

In our portfolio, you will find mugs in sizes 7 cm (0.25 l), 8 cm (0.37 l), and 9 cm (0.5 l).

Ideally, provide the logo or design in a vector format (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG). For photographs and images, a high-quality PNG or JPG file with a resolution of at least 300 dpi is sufficient. If you have specific corporate colors, please send us the corresponding shades (Pantone).

Our technology allows for the decoration of the mug body; however, a 0.5 cm distance must be left free of print near the handle, as well as along the top and bottom edges. This ensures that water can be removed with sufficient precision from the decal during application. It is also possible to decorate the bottom of the mug, both on the outside and the inside.

Yes, our high-temperature burning technology ensures that mugs decorated in our production are dishwasher-safe. However, we recommend using milder detergents and removing the mugs from the dishwasher immediately after the cycle ends, so that they spend as little time as possible in the harsh environment inside the machine. This, in fact, applies generally to all tableware placed in a dishwasher.

Enamel mugs are suitable for use on all types of cooktops, including gas stoves and in ovens. The exception is the microwave; enamel mugs should definitely not be used in it.

Yes, all the enamels used on our mugs have been certified by an independent testing institute and meet all Czech and European standards for items intended for the contact with food. Our mugs are therefore safe for health.

Yes, we can produce a sample before proceeding with the order. The cost depends on the complexity of the imprint and can be included in the initial price quote. If the order is subsequently placed based on the sample, the cost of the sample is deducted from the total order value, making it in fact free of charge.

Our mugs are crafted by hand with care, making each one unique.

Mugs are typically packed in master cartons of 48 units. However, for an additional fee, we can also provide individual packaging starting at one mug per box.

We send smaller orders via courier service in carefully packed parcels. Larger shipments are dispatched on pallets through the company TOPTRANS. Alternatively, mugs can be picked up in person at our branches in Prague, Lovosice, or Český Krumlov.

Because the mugs are decorated according to the customer's wishes, we generally require a 100% deposit before the production begins. This is because, the customer could change their mind during the production process and the mugs featuring that specific design would become unsellable.
